The downloads page follows this page.
We encourage everyone to download these files, modify them if you wish, and use them for your own meditation. If you have suggests to enhance any of these files please us with the improvements and we will consider adding them.
The “full moon meditation - general” is the format we use for the meditation each month. It is in pdf format.
The lectures are generally broken into 3 parts:
- The astrology of the sign itself.
- The Labours of Hercules for that sign.
- The astrology for the particular full moon (which will change year-to-year).
The lectures themselves we have included are in pdf format (4 slides per page, no color, no animation) which should be used as an overview since not all of the notes are readable. They are also in PowerPoint format (which you can modify). PowerPoint is part of Microsoft's Office. If you do not have PowerPoint and wish to look at it you can either get a 60-day trial version from Microsoft (Windows only). Or for free or a donation you can use OpenOffice (Windows) or NeoOffice (Macintosh).
Note: in using PowerPoint make sure you view it with the Presenter's Notes. If you view it as simply a slide show you will miss much the complete lecture.
During the meditation we play The Drone by Harold Moses. This is simply the notes C and G played simultaneously, but allows for street and other noises to be subdued.
We play a diffrent piece of music for 6-10 minutes during the Seed Thought. The music we play varies with the sign, for example we played:
“Fire” from the album Feng Shui (Music for Balanced Living) by Avalon
for the Sagittarius Full Moon as it is a fire sign. (We obtained this via iTunes.)
For other meditations we have used:
“Rainforest And Forest Word” from the album The Conversation of Forest and Spirit by Kentin
which people seem to enjoy. (We cannot find a place on the internet where others might obtain this.)
